This is the final entry for the baseball bats I made for my nephews.
I understand that little leaguers can’t use wooden bats and that probably good considering the weight of these bats. I don’t think my nephews will be able to get a swing around on a curve ball do to the thickness and weight of maple. I understand the bats will find a nice spot next to their display of sports trophies.
This project took me about 3-4 hours complete (over a few weeks) and if you have a lath, it’s worth doing. I have made a few now and everyone that stops by loves the idea of making a baseball bat.
