I found some great vertical grain Douglas Fir in the construction lumber section of Home Depot. Bought three 6”x8’ lengths at ~$5 per board. Always worthwhile combing through their lumber sections – never know what gems you’ll find at construction lumber prices. Decided to make a small wall cabinet for our bathroom. This video is less of a how-to and more of an inspirational video, showing my hand tool approach to building the carcass.
