If you’re interested in wooden molding planes you might enjoy this video that I just published. I had ordered a mini panel raising and 1/8” beading plane from Philly Planes (Phil Edwards makes his planes in England) about eight months ago, and just received them.

I unbox and assemble them and make some test moldings. I then take them apart and inspect and comment on their quality. If you have the bandwidth, I uploaded them in 1080 HD quality for best viewing of the results.

Congrats, I think you made a wise purchase. I was at my local Woodcraft and someone who purchased some planes from him, commented on how very pleased they were with their purchse
