Howdy, I’m making two chandeliers for the living room. I don’t know why I thought it might be a good idea to hang soccer balls from the ceiling. I just got it in my head that they would look good up there. Now I’m all in. The top half of the chandeliers will be solid wood while the bottom halves will be made from the wooden cages. Part 2: Oops, Eureka, Cool!

Howdy. I did a glue up last night and didn’t notice I slipped when clamping. This morning I noticed big time. The clamps had pulled my work in too much. There was nearly an eighth inch gap on the outside. I tried to break it loose. Nothin’ Doin’! Oops. I thought about filling the gap and despite my reluctance, it was going to happen. Howdy, I have been fitting 4 pieces every day to the geometry challenge light pendants. I’m almost too far to post any more pictures but I figure I can throw a final 2 into the last blog of the series. I had to get a preview of the light covers so I did a bit of sanding. I think they are going to look pretty good when I’m finished. A few pieces have a little bevel from the sanding so I need to sand them down till they match the adjoining planes. The inside is ...
