I came out here at about 9:30 this morning and stared at this Thing for about 20 minutes, and picked up a tool. You could clearly see in the final photo last night that corkscrewing was a big issue. It’s always been a problem for me. I don’t know whether it’s the inconsistencies in fresh, wild wood or bad technique, or a combination of many things. Just so you know I tried. It’s a piece of junk – too flimsy. So, I had to separate. Mounted Drilled, easily enough. Then you know what happened?
