Location: Sweden - Helsingborg

I'm a Swedish guy born in the glorious year of 1967. I live in the southern parts of Sweden close to Helsingborg. I'm a elector engineer by trade now moved in to the managerial context working at a company developing mobile phones.

Roughly +10 years ago my passion shifted from electronics and software design to the world of fine woodworking. I do commission pieces a couple times a year as i tend to push my self more when the receiver of my work is an external part i have a small website: ( finsnickeri snickeri Helsingborg). I'm still in the very beginning of my woodworking journey and love to learn from the old masters. 2 years back I managed to get an mentor. We meet a couple times a month and my learning curve has clearly increased. I can really recommend mentor-ship for us that missed out in getting the proper woodworking education in our early years.

My designs tend to be more towards the contemporary flavor but at the same time i love to use the traditional technics and reveal joinery and details of the craft.

Thank you all for the warm welcome!
I’m positively surprised of the family atmosphere you guys offer :-)

I live in Sweden so please excuse me if my English slip from time to time.
Woodworking is one of my biggest hobbies and as of right now especially interior carpentry
since me and my wife bought a house 2 years ago that we are renovating from the
ground up.

Right now I’m focusing on the living room. I will post some pictures very soon.

Happy milling!
