Dear all
I am new to the forum, fairly new to woodworking too… However I did my first steps and now want to make a cabinet for my bar – storing the bottles neatly in my living room. For this I want to build a box wit a hinged door, similar to what is on the picture below. This would mean a 45° bevel all around the door. Now my question is how to hinge the lower long side of he door so this is not visible when closed. When open one could place the bottles on the door, ie it needs to carry some weight, the hydraulic cylinders therefore make lots of sense.
By the way the picture is from the internet, it is a Flatbox, designed by Müller Möbelbau – just so I do not violate any IP here…
Have you tips on the how to or have youade something like it? Thanks for your help!
