I am a Senior IT Support Engineer fixing all manner of computer issues for my clients who range all over the state of CT. I have few hobbies but the ones I have I am passionate about. I love to fish first and foremost, mostly saltwater fishing as well as saltwater flyfishing. Been doing a lot of Blue Fin Tuna fishing the past several years and that is a real blast. I also like to play golf although I don't get a chance to get out as much as I used to due to work and cost of playing these days. I recently acquired my third Shopsmith machine as well as a SS Bandsaw and decided to finally start making some sawdust. I am finding it extremely rewarding and fun and can't wait to make all kinds of nice wood working projects. Update 1/2012 just acquired a Delta DC 380 planer that is currently in pieces sitting on my bench being cleaned and refurbed also waiting on a couple of parts which should be in this week so I should be shaving by this coming weekend 2/4/12.

Thank you looking forward to participating on the forum. The reason I joined is that I came here the other day looking for some ideas for retractable casters for a worktable I am currently building and there were some awesome ideas but someone posted a link to a video and those were the ones I was looking for just a perfect solution to my dilemma. So I decided to signup and regularly check in. Thanks for the howdy!

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless
