100 year old Craftsman Desk Find
My mom runs a thrift store in the senior housing place she lives. She’s always calling me with ‘great finds.’ This time it turned out to be one. An old roll top craftsman that she thought I’d like it for the wood. My oldest always wanted a roll top, she grabbed her boyfriend and told me to meet them there. That’s why no assembled pictures, they were already loading the thing up. Anyway, started cleaning up the grime and found this on the bottom of one of the drawers. Close up of the signature It’s kind of hard to read, but it says “W. H. Greene, Mar 8, 1890.” Not bad for $15.
