    Hi Karson!

Hey, you have any of that Rock Maple left? :)
... you could turn it into a small fortune!

I'm looking to see how you refinish that piano…
... when I first saw it, I thought to myself "I'd strip it down to the wood & do it right."

I have also discovered TransTint dye… it's so versitile… you can color shellac, lacquer, water… and you can mix different colors to nail your custom color… Kinda expensive… goes a long way… I've used it only in distilled water for now.

    Thank you.

I have finally found a fellow Delawarian. I live up north in New Castle county. The area is Pike Creek and the developement is Wood Creek, My Daughter lives in Avalon Woods In Georgetown. I have viewed your projects and you certainly are good at your chosen field. I will be retireing in 85 more days and plan to spend much more time in my shop. Only completed one project so far in the furniture line. If you view my workshop photo you will see the second project just finished it is a CD rack for my Grandson.
Currently working on building shop projects to make it easier to work when I retire.

    Hey Karson,
Early congrats on being the first LJ to crack 30000 posts… very inspiring to all of us "newbies"
I am pretty sure you have passed along a ton of expertise to all the other LJs…
I am still working on getting through everyone's amazing projects and then I'll get to go through some of the forums and blogs, etc. Just have to find a balance between shop time and computer time…
Thanks for all you do for LJ… much appreciated…

    Hi Karson
Thankyou for the info on the saw, it is funny, and very humbling sometimes learning how little I know sometimes, but, that is the way of the world. It is good to know that, I will take it off and put it on the right way, lucky it did not have any ill effect on the cut, but, I would definatly prefer to use the saw the correct way. I have been busy working on a display case. It has been a real labor of love, so to speak. The design is my own, and when I get a chance to post it to my page, I will. Thanks again, it is great to be part of the site, and to have nice people like yourself share their knowledge and experience.
