Location: Newfoundland,CA

I live in Newfoundland. I've always been involved with hands on projects from automotive repair to woodworking, I always helped my dad with whatever DIY projects he was doing which was mostly home improvement for the longest time but I've taken a real interest in cabinet making around 2008 when my high school teacher suggested it to me.I took a cabinet/furniture making course and I am now working in a cabinet shop.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

ND2ELK I got to agreee, This site can be addictive but woodworking is also addictive. The only thing keeping me from living in the garage is the fact that wood costs more then surfing the web.
