For ten years i slogged away at jobs i hated always wondering if this was all i would amount to? All those years in my spare time i was building things out of wood. I was blind to my passion until my wife gave me a kick in the pants one day and asked me point blank ("so what do you really want to do for a living?) we discussed the topic for a while and it kept coming up-Woodworking was something i loved to do why not do it for a living? So i signed up for the E.L.T.T. course at B.C.I.T. and i havn't looked back since. I was lucky enough to find a great company and a boss that isn't really a boss. Ornamentum Furniture is an up and coming manufacturer of contemporary fruniture and millwork. We recently opened a gallery in yaletown(Vancouver, Canada) which showcases our furniture and other Canadian artists in an effort to promote canadian design.

You’re a fine craftsman, may I ask where you get your design cues from, I’m getting a mid-century/ Scandinavian mod feel… or am I just seeing what I want to see?
