    Hi John,
After I have another look at my box joint cutting jig, I realised that I made an error in my explanation on the indexing pins carriers. The locking both carriers to the fence should be the two knobs, while the wing nut is the locking/unlocking of both carriers to each other.

I'm sorry for the mistake I made.

    Have a nice day.

Hey, I actually use a foam stamp for the alphabet blocks. I think I got them at Wal-mart. The trick is use a paint brush and put a thin layer on the stamp, then stamp it. Cheap craft paint works pretty good because the finish you put on them will protect the paint anyways. Also it doesn't bleed into the wood. I have tried many different ways of making that process faster but the results are always sloppy or just not very good. If you decide to make them and find another way that works good, please let me know. Thanks for the complement and talk to you later.

Molly is a mineature Doxie, she is also a member of the family and at times the ruler of the castle. She like rabbits better, squirrels seem to confuse her.

Oscorner - I'm just getting my shop set up and have only built a few birdhouses so far. I have the lumber and other parts to build a cherry library table and a full size router cabinet, I'll send some pictures pretty soon. My shop power tools are: Ridgid (10" table saw; belt/spindle sander; planer), Bosch (10" sliding miter saw; oscillating sander; routers) , Grizzly (floor drill press; 6" jointer; ceiling hanging air filter), Craftsman lathe, General floor band saw, plus the hand and power tools associated with a wood shop.
