I have been collecting, refurbishing and buying new planes and never had a place to store them. I knew I wanted them to fill the empty space under my cabinets, but I didn’t want to angle them out. So, my solution was to put them upright in the holder and keep them there with rare earth magnets. It provided me with plenty of space to expand and to collect more planes without taking up more room. I also like it that it is only 4 1/2 inches off the wall. Thought I would share.
