Well guys I decided to make the WWII Jeep plus a little something extra, a M-3 Antitank Gun 37mm to tow behind the jeep. I Don’t have plans so this will be the first model (M-3 Antitank Gun 37mm) I’m going to build this based off of pictures. The model is going to made mostly out of Maple and I will probably use oak for the rims and walnut for some contrast. We will see.

Tony, I’m just wondering, why popular? I haven’t built anything with popular. Been trying to use what I have on hand. Curious what your thoughts are on popular.

You ever have one of those days were everything was going good up until the very last cut. Ugh!!!
So I made a new hood and I took the messed up hood and did a little wood burning.
Spend 2 hrs in the shop making a new hood. Glad that is over with.

Check this out when you get ready for tires.
The jig is on the second page.
PS Always love it when a builder isn’t afraid to show his miss steps, we can all learn from them.

J’1974, looks like I’ve downloaded a fey of the pictures posted by buggyman1. Sheeeet… save foraging through the WEB site with all that bloody reading material… Click on the link to view photos.
They’re temporary and will be deleted in a couple of weeks to save space.

Alex, thanks. I read all 36 pages and drank 3 cups of coffee this morning. Man, I’m jittery. Haha
