I'm a self taught woodworker. I am always trying to learn from others. I find woodworking very enjoyable. I always have an ear open for good advice on how to better do things. I enjoy doing boxes the most, looking at other people's projects "thinking how the hell did they do that?" then trying it with my own twist. I'm an IT computer nerd by trait, so I sit in front a of computer screen all day. That is one reason I enjoy doing woodworking.
In the rest of my time I'm busy with my family. Have a couple little girls that keep me busy going to volleyball and soccer.
And on last thing.... This family is die hard KU Jayhawks fans!! Rock Chalk Jayhawk
Thank you

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a little over a year ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
