Small shop, though I have added another 2×4 and plywood workbench for my miter saw and done some other small things since this picture. It’s a quick and dirty garage shop with hand tools, handheld power tools, Ridgid 10 inch table saw, Hitachi 12 inch compound miter saw, Delta lathe, and Delta scroll saw. At some point I’ll be adding a drill press, bandsaw, bench grinder and planer, but for now I make do with what I’ve got, including making jigs to hold my handheld power tools and turn them into benchtop varieties. My best success with this is the bench mount for my Porter Cable 4×24 belt sander, that thing is a beast and with 120 grit paper it’s invaluable for shaping, panel sanding etc.

Update 9/1: sheetrocked after installing a door between the house and garage ( used to have to go outside and come back in). Added sheet good/lumber storage and painted white to try and increase brightness. Have to do the other side and add a ceiling plus flourescent light fixtures. All in good time.
