Item: Tupplur - Block-out roller blind, white Curtain Blinds
Detail: 39” x 77”, screws are not included
Cost: $30.00
Labor Cost: $40.00 ( 2 Hour – For a custom width installation. )

Measure the inside width of the window.
(For example 33-1/2” wide from inside of the left side to inside right side)
Measure from the roller end and mark the rod with a pencil 4 times while turning the rod 1/4 turn each time.
Place a straight edge piece of paper over the pencil marks to draw a line around the metal rod.
Cut the metal rod 1” shorter than the inside width.
Cut the curtain fabric where it connects to the metal rod about 1 inch with a sharp razor blade so that you will have room to fit a pair of sharp scissors.
Measure from the rolling end side of the fabric 1” less than the total inside width of the window.
Make pencil parks about every 12 inches all the way down the fabric.
Use a straight edge to connect the pencil marks.
Cut the fabric using a sharp pair of scissors or the fabric will not cut correctly.
Cut the curtain fabric that is over the wood piece that is at the bottom using a sharp razor blade all around.
Cut the exposed piece of wood using a sharp picture frame saw.
Insert the plastic two piece pull down handle from the side centering it.
Install the metal brackets 1/4” – 1/2” away from the top of the window.
(If you do not then the curtain will get stuck leaving the blind partially open.)
You will need a total of (4) four screws.
Turn the tension rod about 8 half turns or 4 complete rotations to activate the tension to pull the curtain up when you pull on it.
Insert the rod with the round tension coil first. Then the other side.
You are done.
