Installing my Porter Cable 121 OSS into my Unisaw right side extension table. This will be my OSS sanding station / down draft table.I needed a home for this PC121. I considered on the wall via french cleats, dedicated table, or a pull out drawer under my Grizzly combo sander station. Part 2: Making "Y" shaped under table air flow cabinet and adding levelers

Letting my under right extension wing air flow cabinet sit the night with glue dries. This measures 36” long x 26” wide. I installed my last 6” blast gate (which I have saved for this project) cutting the tabs 1” and bending them outward with screws to hold them down. I also added the amazing Kreg insert levelers. So far so good.

Part 3: Nearly 800 holes later...

I think I should of researched about drilling holes in laminate tops. Either way…went through 2 new 3/8” forstner bits to make 800+ holes in my right extension table. Took most of the day! One starts to get hot, I toss into bowl of water and use other one.
