I used my bandsaw to cut out most of the waste. Then came rasp and file time to roundover the edges and to tidy up the round handles. I acquired this rasp and assortment of files via auction, no named, unknown condition…but works for now. I think I’ll look into some new rasps pretty soon. My first time using a rasp for this purpose. Came out not too shabby but not 100% perfect. Will have a fair amount of sanding to do soon.
