« Part 1: day 2 Part 2 of Capsray 9100 HVLP and gun rehab, part II series Part 3: gun assembled and ready to go. this blog entry is now complete. »

I honestly do not think this Maxum II gun has ever been cleaned. From wire wheels to metal & nylon brushes were needed. I have 98% of this green ultra hard gunk off. Also, decided to buy a new pot as I found 3 more pin holes in my old pot. Only costed $18 or so.
Bought 3 “check valves” but will have to replace the plastic tubes, no biggy. The air hole from the pot was clogged with more of the ultra hard gunk. Broke a couple toothpicks cleaning that hole out.
