Now that my pine bow is done I am working on my rod holder. I have plainer almost all the pieces and cut almost all to size. My biggest issue is forgetting were I left off yesterday

That is always a concern. Sometimes I have several projects going on at the same time, and tend to forget what I need to do next. In order to get around that, I’ll write a small post-it note and tape it to my lumber saying what measurements, pieces, or joints I need to cut next, or what I need to try and figure out.

That’s why I wanted yinz guys to keep this blog, to help you remember where you left off and what you need to do next. If this isn’t working out that way, maybe we can switch to a small folder or composition book that you can write shorter, daily entries.

think about it and let me know, I want you to have success with this concept of designing and building your own project!
