I concluded that last time I applied Shellac that I would need a lot of practice to get good with using an expensive brush. Shellac dries very quickly. I am not use to applying Shellac. I watched several videos and on 360 Woodworking I learned from these hosts that they both say spraying Shellac is the easiest method to master. I have a tendency to jump in with both feet even though I believe I over analyze new purchases. Let me explain. I decided that I want to have better experiences in finishing my woodworking projects; including oil based finishes. I purchased recently a nice Fuji spray system. I bought the Fuji Semi-Pro turbine based spray. It is the best that I could afford at this time. I believe it will do a great job for me as I gain experience in using an HVLP spray gun.
