The Fortress compressor was on sale at Harbor Freight for under $200, and they had one set up in the store to demonstrate how quiet it was. With the HF return policy it wasn’t even a gamble to take one home. I’ve been using the Fortress compressor for a few months now. It’s as quiet as most dishwashers, and goes from zero to 130 psi in just 45 seconds. It holds pressure very well, however the quick disconnect is a bit touchy. THIS ROUTER IS BARELY A MONTH OLD AND THE MOTOR QUIT WORKING. GRIZZLY IS SENDING A RETURN MAILER FOR A REFUND. IT WORKED WELL OUT OF THE BOX, AND SEEMED LIKE A GOOD DEAL. GUESS I’LL BE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER ROUTER SOON. ANY SUGGESTIONS? I almost always use the router table, but wanted a plunge router for a project I was working on. There are a lot of trim routers on the market now with plunge capability and 6 amp motors. The T27139 was the least expensive of the routers I looked at...

I’m very pleased after using this insert for some time now so I deleted the comment on the side play. I did reduce the thickness over the leveling screws, then had to shim it up a few thousandths using tape to bring it back to level. I also did a thru-cut to allow the riving knife to stay in place. Works like a charm! I really like the Grizzly G0771 table saw, and have used it for several years now. I was pleased to discover that Grizzly came out with an insert for the G0771, how...

Spent a lot of time scratching my head about drill press tables. Looked online and considered building a new one. My previous build was small and notched out for the raising/lowering crank handle. The Peach Tree table was delivered last week and I’m very pleased with it. It is very sturdy, built with 1 3/8” thick laminated MDF and heavy duty T-Track using 3/8” bolts.
