I'm new to woodworking ( about 3 years), and have been building out my shop, an outfeed/work table on wheels, some workshop cabinets for tool bases and storage, and some jigs.
We have 2 good suppliers of Mesquite locally, and I hope to build an entry table from it. Need to create the plans, and the cut lists, but I'll get there......
As I go, I'm trying new techniques to hone my limited expertise. I have a router table now, but have already learned it's limitations. I do plan to build a router table addition for my table saw, and a few large cabinets for storage in the garage this summer. One of these days I'll try my hand at building a simple set of bookshelves, and a couple of tables for the den...........

Hi to all and Thanks for the welcome. I’m working on a group of small projects at present, so I’ll post as I get them done. I’m currently using a home grown dust collection system, and so far it’s been working . I do know I’ll have to upgrade at some point in time, but between the Thein Baffle / collector and a 5 HP Shopvac, it seems to fill my needs for now. Clearly the issue is CFM movement and final air filtration, but as I have a pipe and waste gate system that lets me use the dust collection on one tool at a time, it’s Ok. Anyone using / tried the Oneida Dust Deputy?
