I only new today of his passing away….
    Gary,
Your are one of the inspirations whom I followed and for one woodworker who can understand the Filipino way. The memories of your work here will remain in my skillful hand. May the Lord Bless You and Keep You.

I only knew Gary from his postings here but it was clear that he had both a great talent and a great passion for woodworking. We have all lost an inspirational mentor .

Although he may have been only a virtual friend, our loss is real.

    My condolences to the family.

I was shocked to hear of this sad news. Gary was an inspiration to myself, and, I'm sure many others. My thoughts & prayers go out to his family and friends. I know he'll be makin dust up there in the heavens.

Gary was one of the first LJ's to welcome me here.
He was a very talented craftsman, and a nice man.
    RIP Gary.
