« Part 9: Project completed! Part 10 of Dollhouse series no next part

Doll house update. She got another room with furniture. She has played with it more than I thought she would with all the computer games in the house. All she has left is her bathroom. She also does not like the furniture in the dining room because here people cannot sit at the table. That was some dollar store stuff my wife bought but it is at the wrong ratio so, it will need to be replaced.

Thinking back on the project, there are a few places I would like to redo some things, but seeing how much she has been playing with it, I am glad I went with a little less detail so she could get it for Christmas. For example, my goal for windows where to be more realistic, but would have added weeks to the project. She told me she would rather have plain windows and get to play with it sooner than have fancy looking windows. In the end, it is much more about what she wanted than what I wanted …

Glad to hear she loves it. My Daughter received her Doll House from her Great-Grandfather when she was about 3 She turns 13 this year and is still enjoying rearranging it, showing it off and playing with it on occasion. I am sure your gift will bring many years of enjoyment and memories.

Looks like she is going to get to spend many fun hours playing with the doll house that you built her.

Well done. That beautiful dolls house will be loved and played with for years; may even become a family heirloom. Top job!
