I have worked with wood off and on for most of my 53 years. I love wood. I have always been turned on by the idea of functional art and wood is a perfect medium for that.

I enjoy being creative and I love the design process. I have started designing and building some furniture, wood box and toy pieces. My real passions are wood furniture and wood boats. I have built a 3rd scale lap strake wherry that is 5 feet long. I did this to learn boat building skills and hope to begin building the full size boat in the next year or two.

I have been selling some of my small work at the typical art & craft shows but hope to build furniture building and woodworking into a retirement career.

I show case my work at http://ingraindesign.ning.com/

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
