Part 2: Workbench New Laminate Top

After a year of heavy project traffic I decided to put a new cover on my workbench and I saw a lot of ideas online but one hit me as the best solution !!! Laminate floor. I used an oak laminate with board dimensions of 5”x 50” and 7mm thick .. It was one of them boards that has a click and go system so no glue.. I laid the flooring out on the table to decide what was the best way to fit them to the table and screwed the outter perimeter and I’ll finally put a trim around the outside . ...

Part 3: Added the Rigid 4512 Contractor Saw to the shop

Although this isn’t a review I’ll do one in a few months after I do a lot of projects on it It was a project in assembling it So far the assembly was quite long mainly because all the little adjustment needed to true it up and square it off… Let start off by saying it’s truly a remarkable saw. For all the “nay Sayers ” I was almost not going to get this saw and right now I’m glad I didn’t listen …. It’s not a cabinet saw ...
