So the corner pieces are in place so the rest of the pieces can be screwed in and basically your 2/3 of the way there.

I Pre-drilled all the boards using a very very simple marker sytem I basically got a piece of scrap wood and made a “L” and placed it on the top frame and the frame and marked 1.5” from the left and 4” from the left so the screws would be all uniformed especially since I was placing silver screw rings around the screws for decorative appeal and that took the need of measuring every single board for screw placemen.

Next after all the screw holes are placed I put all the boards where I wanted them keeping the nicer boards to the front and basically used a belt vise to keep all the boards in alignment so as that I could screw them all into the frames
