So after I cut the 14” piece of pine that I needed for the main body the actual dimensions of the board now were 9.25”(width) x 14”(high)x .75”(thick), I measured halfway across the 9.25” board and 1.5” down and drilled a 5/8” hole so as that I can hang it later.


After placing my 5/8” hole the design called for a couple of circles needed to be drawn and cut out with jigsaw and the instructions they used a mastic gun … so I drew my circles for the main handle design and the neck for the handle

One side complete

The other side completed (paddle handle cuts complete)
