« Part 8: Adding 3" Rotating and Lockable Casters Part 9 of Router Cabinet Redo series Part 10: Doors & Hinges »

The drawers are a no nonsense construction I used pocket holes to join the sides to the front and back, placed a dado 1/4” high to install the 1/4” plywood base and then added a solid oak false front and added simple hard ware

NEXT: Hanging the solid oak door on the right and trying to figure out how to hang the door flush to the cabinet in keeping with the drawer installination

There are surface mounted hinges that I have used for just this application. http://www.homedepot.com/p/Liberty-90-Degree-Surface-Mount-Hidden-Spring-Hinge-1-Pair-H01068C-UC-C5/100176398
