what is wrong with my dado blades - 18 replies I bought a used frued super dado set from clist very nice blades and the price was very right, thay cut good no tearout, but no matter how i configure the stack thier is alwasy a step at both sides of the dado. like the outer blades are a little smaller than the chippers. Made me think that the set has been sharpend incorrectly thier is alo... |

help sanding ,to sand or not to sand - 4 replies my question, how to sand differnt profiles like e.i. rasied pannel ogee, cove. This is what is driving me nuts the endgrain ,half of me says make multiple passes and you dont need to sand, but what about the end grain it has to be sanded and with finner grit than every thing else so it dosent sain up darker.
