I have a problem with my dewalt 735 planer. I’ve had no problems for over 15 years but then the sprocket on the rear roller sheared and jammed up. I took the cover off and removed the chain and picked out the pieces of the broken sprocket and resting ring. I then noticed that the end of the rear roller arm was damaged. Long story short is I ordered a new roller, new bearing blocks and sprocket. After getting everything back together, I tried to. Run a piece of popular and the board got stuck and would not move. Cutter head(shelix) was spinning but not cutting. I checked to verify if drive chain for rollers was moving with no load. Both speeds were working as I could see chain move in both speeds. As soon as a board was being put through and engaged the rear rollers the board stopped, the chain stopped and the cutter head continued to run. Has anyone had this problems.
Rollers were cleaned and bed was waxed. Thank dennis

Update. Could I have a problem in the gear box since I can see the cutter head moving and the rollers not moving with the drive chain stopped
