I kind have a lil corner in the garage where I can sit and do a few things. I painted part of the wall white to help reflect light so its helps to see better. I’m not very experienced but I have fun with it when I can. When I have time I try to do something in the early morning or late evening since its already getting up into the 90’s here and I can’t afford to have my garage air conditioned. The work bench is about 70 years old and was made by my Grandfather before I was even born.

Splinterman is right, this is a pretty nice set-up that you have. And using your grandfather’s bench is wonderful. I have several hand tools that my father and grandfather used during their working careers as carpenters. It gives me an enjoyable feeling to use the same tools that they once did. I am sure you grandfather is proud of you for keeping and using his bench.

Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed taking a look at your shop.

Nice bench that your grandpa made. Good use of the space too, I know because my space is about the same size.
