Russ Rego, earned his four year journeyman's degree in cabinet making. Since then he's worked many years with moulders, grinders, and moulding template designs. Eight of those years were spent as a field service engineer for the Michael Weinig Company. His duties have included installation, training, troubleshooting, and repairing many types of industrial moulders and grinders. He has personally trained over a thousand moulder/grinder operators. Russ also received Prestigious Recognition in Shelter Magazine's inaugural listing of “Most Influential People in the Millwork Industry” March 2007 issue. Russ has written contributions in AWI’s Design Solution’s Magazine Summer 2012 issue, “Designing Custom Moulding” View Article. Russ's thorough expertise in Moulder and Grinding machine milling operations has been a crucial part of his immaculate Moulding Profile Catalog.

Hello Everyone
I would like to introduce myself as Russ. I have been in the woodwork industry for over 30 years. I have worked at and visited many woodworking shops over the years. I am a journeyman cabinetmaker by trade but have been more involved with solid wood machining for a better part of my career.
I currently make a living making custom moulding knives in my very small 14” x 16” shop. I have been able to make a moulding profile catalog but it has taken me over 15 years to produce. I have no employees, and prefer to work alone as I know the concerns involved with employees.
Here is my website if you would like to take a look. www.mirror-reflections.com
I welcome all comments
Thanks for looking
Russ
