Toy Wheel installation? - 3 replies

Im making some toy trucks for my nephews and I wanted to find out the best way to install the wheels. Is there an axle going all the way though or is each wheel mounted separately? Im sure I can make up something but wanted to find the best way to do it. Anyone know of a video or a walk through that would be helpful too. Thanks alot.

Removable Legs - 2 replies

I need to build a small wooden platform approx. 20 in x 30 in, and 12 in. off the ground. And i was wanting to make the legs easily removable or folding. So that its portable. Any ideas would be appreciated.ThanksTim

broken floor joist - 6 replies

A tree fell on my shed over the weekend, and pretty much took out half my shed. It broke three floor joist “in half”, its not cracked or split, its in two pieces. I got 3 pine trees cut down, should I save some of the wood? - 11 replies

I wanted to ask you guys out there. I got 3 pine trees cut down in my back yard today, and was wondering if i should save some big chunks of them. As a beginner wood worker. i just got the basic tools. Table saw Chop saw, routers, and power tools. What is the best way to cut it up for me to use the wood? thanks guys
