Antique Tool Box #5: Wooden Bullnose Moulding Plane?

Here is next plane: Bullnose moulding plane (again did I spell that right?) :)

This one has 2 curved plane irons that cut both side of a large 1/5”+ bull nose profile. There is some rust on irons but when I first looked at the plane, there were wood chips stuck between body and irons, so I it appears to have been used.
The trailing edge mark says “EPC” again. Not sure if this is maker’s mark or owners mark?

Appreciate any information you can share to educate me on this plane’s vintage or value.
