« Part 1: Is this a joiner's Tool Box? Part 2 of Antique Tool Box series Part 3: Plough Plane? »

Here is 1st plane I captured pictures of in the tool chest:

It has Ohio Tool Company, Columbuis Ohio imprint on very thick plane iron.
The trailing end has been hit with hammer and the makers mark is gone, so I did not post a picture of it.
The cap iron screw is mangled, and due length appears to be replacement. The wedge for retaining the iron looks homemade, so am curious if it is original?

I can grab some more images or record dimensions if anyone needs them to help me understand the age and any information on this plane.

Thanks for Looking!
