I've been seriously bitten by the bug now, and amid some large projects (building a quilting frame for my wife, for example) I've recently turned my attention to small projects that I can do in a few days' time.

By day I'm a software engineer. I live in Virginia these days but have also called Iowa, Kansas, Colorado and Australia home. I'm now hard at work trying to bring a new household product to market but still find time to make sawdust. Just not as much as I'd like.

And I'm proud to be part of one of the friendliest communities on the web!

Bret . . . there are a couple of folks here that only use hand tools. Names escape me now.

Welcome to LJ and be sure to post your projects.
