Welcome to LJ’s Bob.
I’m happy to see you chose me to be your buddy. The only time I used a lathe was in high school back in 1965. If I had the room in my little shop I would most likely have a lathe today. With that said I’ll be watching for your project post here in LJ’s to see what you come up with. Just take your time; keep safety at the top of your thinking and enjoy the ride!
