Part 1: Plans and proposal

For my project I started by getting everything organized. This step is important so you know what you are doing and where to start in this project. I have my proposal typed out and printed. Also all my measurements and material list are done.

Part 2: Legs and Aprons

I have made my cuts for my final project which are the legs and the top and bottom rails. I have cut pocket holes to screw these peices together. I will use a clamp to hold them down while I screw them togather.

Part 3: Complete legs

In this point of my project, I connected my legs so I have two sides. I screwed them together with pocket holes. I cut out the feet of the nightstand then cut the curve in my top rail on both peices.

Part 4: Finishing touches and stain

For this part of my nightstand series, I added a special walnut stain. After my stain I added 3 coats of polyethylene gloss. I also completed my drawer and added a knob before I stained my peice.
