My workshop is based in a two car garage in a condo unit. In addition to being a workshop I also use the garage to store all of the equipment for my classic rock cover band as well as having to be able to park in it (per agreement with HOA). As a result all of my larger machines are on mobile bases and can be moved into position when needed and then tucked away when no in use.

Almost all of my larger machines are RIGID. I have been, and continue to be, very happy with the quality and performance of this brand. I use a wide variety of hand power tools ranging from Craftsman to Porter Cable.

The only drawback that I have is that do not have a dedicated dust collection system in place. I do have a 16 gallon shop vac that I attach to all my tools when in use but would like to eventually get a more powerful system.

All of the cabinets in the shop where obtained for free when a local business was being torn down and I asked if I could go in and remove them before the demolition. That was a serious homerun for me.

I have attached a 3D rendering of my shop that I created with Sketchup. More actual pictures will be posted later.

I love it Jokker78. I have had it for almost 7 years now and it has performed very well cutting all types of wood. I currently have a Irwin Marples combination blade on it and am also very happy with it.
