Part 1: Start of a lumber rack....

This is just the start…still have to drywall the rest of the garage though…not too much left, just had to get some stuff out of the way so I will be able to walk around before I trip and break my neck on something. Put together some lumber racks, and a rack to store some turning stock…still got plenty of more work to do…and could have got some done…but my helper wanted to make a bird house…so I had to take a break from the racks and help her with a bird ho...

I found a pretty decent deal on CL for me at least. I picked up an old Delta Rockwell lathe from a gentleman on there. Model # 62-610 and it came with all the original tool rests and I mean all of them….Even got a book “getting the most from your lathe” No. 4703 by Delta copyright 1954. Also came with the original tools Delta Rockwell Catalog No. 130: 1” skew, 1/2” skew, 3/4” gouge, 1/2” gouge, 1/4” gouge, 1/4” parting tool, 1/2” ro...
