no previous part Part 1 of Spinning wheel series Part 2: Tension screw in place »

I have not posted for awhile. Been busy with having Grand babies and birthdays and upcoming Wedding and house flooded. Anyway… I have started an heirloom project for some close friends of ours…A spinning wheel. Lots of turned cherry and lots more to go. I will post progress pictures as I move along. Toughest thing I have attempted to make…ever!!

Thanks to my good buddy Jim Jakosh for helping me with the hub

Working on the tension screw and carrier pin

Stay tuned for more as I move along !

Have fun with it, Steve. I have to hand it to you; besides not having a lathe, I don’t think I would tackle that one. Looking forward to seeing it progress.
