enjoy you new tools but probably a unfair jab towards Grizzly…. I am not a brand loyal person because you cannot really be that these days… I would rather pick the best tool I can get for the budget for that tool… I only have one tool from Grizzly and it is serving me fine other than changing out a few cheap grade bolts for some grade 8 everything has been good to go…. The key when buy anything is to predict what could go wrong with the purchases and have a few plans figured out just in case… anyway hope all your shipments arrive safe and you are quickly to work making stuff in your shop

I hope you really enjoy your new shop.
I recently moved from a 40×50 shop into a 21×24 space.
The move has been a shock to me.
I’ve been here three months and still am not comfortably getting things accomplished without cussing the smaller space constraints.

I have several Grizzly tools. They and the service are great.

Thanks William! I hear you on the space constraints my friend.

Playingwithmywood and Brunob – thanks for the advice, i assure you it was not an unfair jab towards Grizzly or, any of the jockers here that own their equipment. Many of the tools (and other items) you purchase today are produced at the same factory and just rebranded. They are not made by ShopFox or Grizzly so, any brand loyalty on my part has less to do with this and more to do with how a company treats you if your equipment needs warranty service. For me, these people are bad news and I have the opportunity to vote with my money. My vote went elsewhere.

I am sure that everyone has had some bad experiences with customer service and I understand everyone has a bad day once in a while. I have had quite a few myself however, my experience with this company went far beyond this. So much so that they are the only company I make a concerted effort to not buy from. As a side note, I did call ShopFox a couple of days ago and spoke to a wonderful woman on the phone that verified they and Grizzly were one in the same.
