Part 1: Secret Blind Mitered Dovetail
Well I started the join today for the Entry Way Table I have started, Dont think I am going to make it for the Fair this year but there is always next year and hopefullly I will mave more entries. Part 2: Blind Secret Mitred Dovetail part 2
Well I think I did it! it’s not perfect. there is about 1/32 gap which is fine I can work with that and burnish it smooth. I love Wood working. it’s so rewarding and frustrating at the same time! LOL
Part 3: Cutting the Legs
Well I have had a delay on my Maple Table top because I am making Drawers for it and I need to cut a bottom piece and I had to order that. So while I am waiting I started on the Padauk Legs and frame. This Wood has been a unique experience for sure, I did not know the deal with the grain, so I tried using a spoke shave on it, Big Mistake! since the Grain grows opposingly I kept getting chip out in the center of the leg.
