I love working with wood. I especially enjoy the different smells each type of wood emits when I work with them.

I had to take a break from woodworking due to a house fire in the past with the loss of all of my tools and supplies. I was too sad to consider where I should begin again. Now that it will be getting to be fall around this part of the world, I am going to set up another workshop again.

First picking out some new equipment. I definitely want a band saw again. Then I will be making some workshop items like a bench, and various hooks and shelves to organize everything along with some jigs. After that I can get to the real meat of it an hopefully rip out a few presents in time for the holiday season!

So I am looking for lots of great ideas and tips and I have scanned this website and have seen fantastic things you folks have come up with. I hope that I can contribute as much too.
