Bernie, I have add a new picture that shows the beginning of my DC system. It has been almost done since the summer.
I installed a 5hp ClearVue. It really makes working out their a lot better.

That is a great shop! Can I borrow that bandsaw of yours for the next 50 years or so? I’ll give it right back after that. Seriously though great shop with some great tools

Hey Swede, I bought the saw from a machinist at work. His asking price was $250. I didn’t even ask him to come down in price.

Welcome to LJs. Great shop – love the saw and lift.

Things that every shop needs.

I have had more good luck Swede.I bought this sander from an equipment dealer in Louisville KY. He was asking $1395. or best offer. I offered $350. I figured if it was junk I could sell it for scrap and not loose. My wife came over to the shop and said he took your offer. What did you buy she says. It is powered by two 5hp 3phase motors.

When I was getting the drawer sander,he was giving me a tour of his stock. He said I will sell you this sander for $100.
Chris mass came early. It is 3phase also.

Wow, what a multi-purpose shop. I like the steel shapes for the bench support and the lift, You are fortunate to have three phase power and the space to take advantage on the industrial salvage arena. I recently sold a Bridgeport milling machine for $900 because I was moving to a much small single phase shop.
Your dust collector workmanship makes me think you might have some pipe fitter experiences.
Enjoy your shop that others like me only dream of.
