When I do a search in Chrome or Edge the page selector at the bottom of the page is splatted/covered by an ad. I’d like to see past the 1st page of search results. I see the selector come up as the page is loaded. is there a workaround for this?

For Chrome and Firefox, there is an add-on (or “extension” or “app”) called AdBlock Plus that censors almost all ads on web pages, including searches. My LJ searches do not have advertisement pop-ups like what you show. I don’t use the Microsoft browser, so I don’t know if AdBlock Plus is available for Edge.

Good luck!

I use Adblock (NOT Plus OR Pro) with Chrome as my Browser. NO ADS!
